Consultations are conducted in-person at the Bucharest studio or remotely. In-person sessions are by scheduled appointment. Remote sessions are conducted via video call.
All enquiries receive a response within two working days. The response confirms availability and outlines the next step in the intake process.
Once a session is scheduled, the 7-day food record template is sent by email. This is completed before the first appointment and returned at least 48 hours in advance.
The first 60-minute session covers a detailed review of the completed food record and an overview of how the programme is structured across the following eight weeks.
